Did I blow the chance... The only one I will receive? My friend, goodbye, again, today.
LadybugThe ladybug, she sits there. Perched upon the edge of a bent piece of paper she sits. Opening and closing her wings to the breeze from a small open window. Why did I rescue this one from the clutches of the cat? Many other ‘pests’ have been chased by the cat without a second thought by those around. Spiders, moths, other ladybugs… All have fallen victim to the cat at one point or another. So, why was this the one to save? A change of heart perhaps? A sudden compassion for this tiny species? Or is this creature simply significant to me in some very small way. Another breeze comes through the window and the ladybug takes flight iLadybug
